Local Tour to Sanddune: 1/2 Day Leave the Hotel in the afteroon around 4 hours before sunset in the direction of Mandisha village. After the Koptic Monastry of Qasr Muharib turn off-road alongside the Bahariya Depression until you meet the old caravane road to Cairo, shortly before Sheik Gadaf then continue to Ghard Ghorabi sanddune. Spend the afteroon there and drink Bedouin tea. After sunset return back to the Hotel via Bir Ghabr.
