Antiquities of Bahariya Oasis

Our FWD with driver takes you around Bawiti & El Qasr to visit five sight of Antiquities ; if you have our own vehicle you can hire our "silent guide" to show you the way as there are no signs.

Mr. Peter usually gives you a short historical briefing before the tour. After the sight you may visit the local market in Bawiti to buy some famous local dates & olive oil.

With one ticket you can visit all sights.

Entrance fees are excluded : LE 45,- per person currently
  • The Greco/Roman Mummies at the Antiquities office (Golden Mummies)
  • The two colored tombs of the 26th Dynasty (Qasr Selim)
  • The Temple of the 26th Dynasty (Ain El Maftella)
  • The Temple of Alexander the Great (Tibaneya)
